Unique Features

• Straightening unit with 7 Rolls. Achievable straightness in accordance with DIN 1541

• Feeding unit with 2 sets of feeding rolls, each with one steel and one rubber-coated roll. One before and one after the straightening rolls.

• Slitting unit with two pairs of slitting blades (never used).

• The cutting unit is a mechanical shear.

• Control is German Elgo NC

• Decoiler Cidan Model DCO x 5000kg. Cantilever style with motorised mandrel expansion and pneumatic pressure arm to prevent coil unspooling. It has an ultrasound sensor to control the feed rate.

• Coil Wagon Cidan 5000kg with rails.

• Stacking Unit Cidan, Bombay door style x 3000mm with height adjustable table and unloading trolley.
