The MEP Velocex 100 is a high speed saw or automatic circular saw ideal for 0° high-speed cuts of steels and alloys. With Tungsten Carbide-tipped or cermet blades, the Velocex 100 has high productivity, a good finish, precise length and burr free cuts.

Highly efficient and productive, the hydraulic bar feeder lifting system avoids the contact of the bar with the surfaces of the cutting vice while feeding the material, thus preserving them as well as the surface of the bar.

The saw head motion powered by a servo motor on linear guides with preloaded ball screw and an electro-magnetic clutch ensure a reduction in the mechanical vibration during the cut  and longer blade life.
