The superior performance, reliability and quality of the 4-Roll Hydraulic Steel SHeet Rolling Machine ensures high precision and high production rates.

Both bending rolls can be tilted hydraulically for cone rolling, and the hydraulic drop end makes it easy to remove the completed cylinder from the rolls.

The central push button control panel is mounted on a mobile working stand which allows you to move it to where it gives you best access to the machine. It has LED indicators which display the position of the bottom rollers.

This is the best for mass production, and is simple for unskilled operators to learn how to operate the roller quickly.

• Hydraulically powered and operated roll rotation providing infinitely variable rolling speeds

• Hydraulically powered and operated adjustment of the lower rolls with infinitely variable adjusting speeds

• All adjustments are electronically controlled from the portable console by push buttons

• Digital readouts for showing the positions of the two adjustable bottom rolls

• Key-lock switch for On/Off for the power supply

• Emergency stop button at the middle of the panel and the machine
