The Ermaksan CNC HGS metal guillotine is a classic swing beam style hydraulic shear. Suitable for sheet metal and plate up to 4.0m x 8.0mm thick.

Ermaksan uses the highest quality European components such as German Siemens electrical, German Hoerbiger Hydraulics (including their quiet high-pressure pump) and Swiss Cybelec CNC. The result is a high performing, reliable guillotine.

The Cybelec Cybtouch 8 Control automatically sets blade gap, length of stroke and backgauge position according to the programmed material and the size you need to cut.

The standard backgauge has 1000mm range and operates running on high-speed ballscrews at a positioning speed of 110mm/sec. The backgauge bar swings up at the end of the stroke to allow passage of long plate. We suggest the optional Monoblock rear sheet support system for cutting lighter gauge sheet metal.

Front finger guards, side interlocked gates and rear photocell light guards comply to CE regulations.
