Unique Features
• The controller is an 203mm Touch Screen with intuitive, easy-to-use programming.
• Automatic operation with programmable length, including different pieces and batch numbers on the same bar. Pressing the start button activates the clamp, cut, return to the programmed position, unclamp and then feed the new part to the programmed length, then repeat.
• 1000mm feed length by ballscrew and stepper motor, it will do an infinite number of shuffles to achieve programmed length.
• Electronically infinitely variable speed range 15 – 150 RPM.
• The head swivels on a turntable mounted on roller bearings, so work is always perfectly positioned on a flatbed, and the slot for the blade is always perfectly aligned.
• Mitre cutting from 45 degrees left to 60 degrees right.
• The vice automatically clamps when the head is pulled down, or you can still clamp manually.
• The vice jaws can be adjusted left to right so you can make sure they are as close as possible to the blade when cutting.
• Low voltage submersible pump to make sure coolant is ready when you are.
• Comes with a pedestal base with the front door. Perfect for storing blades and tools.
